Alexander Isak Transfer News

The Premier League clubs Arsenal and Liverpool received a firm response from Newcastle United about their interest in star striker Alexander Isak because the club refuses to consider any bid.

The Newcastle CEO Darren Eales declared that the club firmly intends to retain Swedish forward Alexander Isak because of his critical goal-scoring contributions during this season.

The £63 million transfer from Real Sociedad to St James’ Park for Isak in 2022 has proved highly profitable because he scored 22 goals throughout all competitions.

Alexander Isak Has Been Impressive This Season

His impressive performance continues to make him a dangerous forward player while generating continuous rumours about top clubs vying for his services. The talented striker has faced persistent links from two top-tier clubs, Liverpool and Arsenal, who want to strengthen their offensive line-up.

The injury absence of key forward players Kai Havertz and Gabriel Jesus has created an urgent strike position need at Arsenal football club. Liverpool maintains close observation of Isak’s performance data to identify whether they should obtain his services as a powerful goal scorer.

Reports from Fichajes indicate that Newcastle values Isak at £125 million minimum so any attempt by the North London cross-town rivals Arsenal or the Reds becomes significantly difficult to complete. The Mirror newspaper has suggested Arsenal might dispose of their key players Gabriel Martinelli and Leandro Trossard to afford a huge deal.

Eales stands his ground while facing all the circulating gossip. The club currently maintains a strong commitment to keeping important players because they recently executed several January transfers of unimpactful players, according to NewcastleWorld.

“They’re all under long-term contracts.” The club’s president, Eales, made it clear through his statement that Newcastle United refuses to engage in negotiation with clubs who aim to acquire their star player at reduced cost.

At present, Newcastle United has made their position clear by rejecting any potential sale of Alexander Isak to Arsenal or Liverpool, and he will stay at St James’ Park for an unknown period.
