Manchester United Plot January Move For Alphonso Davies After Rejecting Bayern Contract Contract Extension

The Old Trafford club is said to be stepping up its attempts to sign a new left-back and the player in their radar is Bayern Munich’s Alphonso Davies.

The 24-year-old player from Canada has been a rising star for Bayern Munich, who possesses blistering speed for a left back and goal scoring ability. The versatility of the player makes him suitable for both left back position and forwards which is important for any team.

At the moment, United has a few choices to make to fill the left-back position which include Tyrrell Malacia, Luke Shaw, and Diogo Dalot. However, United manager Ruben Amorim is said to be looking for squad depth in this area.
