Dani Olmo And Pau Victor Transfer News

The Catalan side has yet another problem regarding the registrations of Dani Olmo and Pau Victor, as La Liga has stated that the club had not made the required procedures to register the players before the January window.

This has caused them both to be plunged out of the team throughout the rest of the season, this being because of an administrative issue.

In this regard, high-profile signing Dani Olmo from RB Leipzig is in an even more dangerous position. The footballer’s deal also included a get-out clause if he has not been registered the following year

His agent has come out in the media saying Olmo wants to remain with the team, but the clause complicates the club.

This season, in 16 matches, Dani Olmo has scored 6 goals and assisted 1.

Dani Olmo And Pau Victor Are In Doubt To Play For Barcelona

On the other hand, Pau Victor, who had hinted his interest in following the direction of Barcelona, has also been mentioned to be eyeing a potential loan deal with Real Betis. However, there is also a danger to such an option.

As posted on Mundo Deportivo, Barcelona cannot loan Olmo or Victor without first having their names registered with Barcelona.

This makes the situation worse, as it becomes a regulatory requirement, and they are left with few options for the club. Moreover, due to their no registration status, they cannot compete in the Champions League – which adds to the drawbacks of this oversight.

It seems that neither player will be available for Barcelona in the near future unless the club can find a legal or financial solution to the issue.

Given that the club is constantly under financial management scrutiny and needs to optimize its finances, this mistake raises further concerns about the club’s administrative competence.
