Anthony Martial Signs For AEK Athens Of Greece After Leaving Man United For Free

Former Manchester United striker Anthony Martial has signed for AEK Athens of Greece after running down his contract with Man United, the French international who was out of favour from his Manchester United manager due to his poor on field form has had to look to other leagues outside of Europe to get steady football time.

Anthony Martial made a total of 209 appearances for Manchester United and registered 63 goals and 28 assists in his 10 seasons with Man United, Anthony Martial who arrived Manchester United as a very promising talent in the 2015/2016 season of the premier league campaign, but was hindered from reaching his potentials as a result of constant injury problems which took a toll on his overall form at Manchester United.

Anthony Martial will be looking to pickup his food form that he has always been known for at AEK Athens as he looks to secure regular game time, and hopefully we could see him come back to Europe playing in one of the big leagues again.
