Alphonso Davies, Manchester United target

Currently, Liverpool is interested in signing the Bayern Munich superstar Alphonso Davies and is allegedly eyeing to likewise snatch the Alphonso Davies transfer drama away from other interested parties as he is a free transfer target in the summer.

Caught Offside claimed that Liverpool are interested in signing the much-coveted Canadian full-back, with the likes of Real Madrid and Manchester United on top of Liverpool’s agenda.

The highly rated left-back Davies’ contract uncertainties have also come under the cloud at Bayern Munich.

However, earlier updates indicated that there was some movement in the talks and the frosty relationship between the player and the club seems to have worsened, therefore fuelling transfer rumours that he could be on the move from the German club when his contract expires next summer.

Liverpool, Real Madrid and Manchester United Are All Interested In Alphonso Davies

Real Madrid president, Florentino Perez sees him as a better upgrade than Fran Garcia and Ferland Mendy. The prospect of having signed a player of his quality on a free transfer has enriched their interest.

Manchester United are also interested in Davies as an avenue to settle their perennial left-back problem due to Shaw’s unending issues with fitness.

Liverpool, however, has entered this high-stakes race as a serious contender. After the current performances of Andy Robertson have been put into doubt and as well as Kostas Tsimikas, the Reds want to reinforce the left side of the defence.

Signing Davies will be a statement of intent for Jurgen Klopp’s side if they are to bring him to Anfield.

While we acknowledge Liverpool’s intentions, it appears they may face some challenges in their efforts. Real Madrid and Manchester United have shown consistent interest in Davies throughout the season, and Liverpool’s current position seems to reflect some past oversights, including the missed opportunity with Moises Caicedo.

However, Liverpool’s size and desire to challenge for major honours still might attract Davies to the club. For now, the supporters of these two teams wait for the conclusion of this transfer market.
