Ballon D’or : Vinicius Junior Will Not Be Attending The Ballon D’or Ceremony As Real Madrid Knows He Will Not Win The Ballon d’Or Award

News reaching the 24transfernews team says that Brazilian and Real Madrid winger Vinicius Junior will not be present at the 2024 Ballon D’or award, and this is according to Italian transfer news journalist Fabrizio Romano.

Vinicius Junior who prior to the run up to the award was heavily rumoured to be the player to emerge as the winner of the prestigious French award, but there are now strong indications that he will infact not be winning the award.

Vinicius Junior won’t be the only Real Madrid player who won’t be attending the 2024 Ballon D’or ceremony, as it has also been confirmed that even Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti, Jude Bellingham, Florentine Perez all won’t be available for the  Balloon d’or ceremony.

Not even one representative from Real Madrid will be present in Paris at this year’s Ballon D’or ceremony. According to sports journalist Fabrice Hawkins, this is a decision by Real Madrid after Vinicius Junior was made aware that he will not win the Balloon d’or award.

Spain coach Luis De La Fuente from the Ballon D’or just recently said that it is not good for a club like Real Madrid to not be present or represented in an event of this nature.

Whatever the reason is for the whole Real Madrid team to skip the Ballon D’or award ceremony, we might finally get to know maybe after the whole dust of the Ballon D’or must have settled down.
