Alejandro Garnacho Transfer News

It’s almost like EPL Giants Manchester United have taken Napoli’s initial offer to sign its wonder kid Alejandro Garnacho with both hands and thrown it in Naples’ pond.

United has struggled in the Premier League this season, accumulating only 20 points after 20 games under Ruben Amorim.

However, there has been a noticeable improvement in their recent performances against Liverpool and Arsenal. It is now the right time for the club to rebuild the squad in line with Amorim’s vision and the style of football he wishes to implement.

Some of the measures being considered include the transfer of stakeholders during the execution of the process. Rashford has indicated that he is seeking a “new adventure,” while Garnacho has seen increased interest from clubs.

Man United Is Not Interested In Selling Alejandro Garnacho

Napoli is reportedly pursuing Garnacho and is willing to pay €45 million (£38 million) to secure the services of the 19-year-old Argentine winger.

But as reported by Gazzetta dello Sport, United’s answer was said to have been chilling. Manchester United are willing to put their foot in the peddle regarding Garnacho after the outfit placed an 80 million euro price tag on the youngster.

As Napoli desperately searches for a replacement for Kvaratskhelia, who will leave soon, they had been preparing for a quick transfer but now, they may have to change their strategy.

At the same time, United will have the attention of another young talent, Kobbie Mainoo. They are said to be prepared to make a £70m bid as the scramble for the players at United intensifies.

And while Garnacho and Mainoo continue to attract attention, United’s board seems dedicated to the rational approach to player management and sales.

Which of the two, Napoli or Chelsea, will be willing to match United’s high price tag prices, remains to be seen, but what happened in the January transfer window may define the future complexion of Amorim’s team.

For now, both Garnacho and Mainoo are vital to United’s setups, and the club is ready to fight off potential early sales should the youngsters’ excessive asks be granted.
