Manchester United starlet Amad Diallo has penned a new deal with the Red Devils to remain at the club until 2030.
This season the 22-year-old forward has stood out to become an important figure at the Old Trafford side.
Diallo was in the news on Sunday after scoring a last-minute equalizer during a pulsating 2-2 match against Liverpool.
It was the second time within the last couple of months that the young attacker made the decisive goal: He scored the winner for his team in the 90th minute in December against Manchester City.
I have had some incredible moments with this club already but there is so much more to come,” he said in the team’s announcement Thursday. “I have huge ambitions in the game and I want to achieve history at Manchester United.
He joined Manchester United from Atalanta in 2021 and has been loaned to Rangers and, more recently, Sunderland, where he gained his formation experience.
Amad Diallo Is Happy At Manchester.
After the start of the current season, he became an indispensable part of the first team in United, thus racking up 26 appearances and delivering 6 goals and 7 assists, which was quite a season for the club.
It has been a difficult season for everyone, but I fully believe that we are on the right path and the future is going to be really special. I am ready to give everything to help the team and make our supporters proud again.
Because of the recent incidents that have seen him score winning goals in the dying minutes, Diallo has earned the goodwill of the fans.
Towards the end of last season, he netted the decisive goal in the 4-3 FA Cup quarterfinal win over Liverpool in an extra time to underline himself as a pressure star player.
Whatever Diallo’s decisions, Manchester United fans now have one of their best players in the club and can have more incredible moments with the further evolution of a young forward at Old Trafford.
